Growlytics for Shopify - Redefining E-commerce Customer Experiences

Once integrated, Growlytics automatically syncs all you customer: order data and other customer activities with Growlytics. Customer activities include  purchase, added to cart, product viewed, order cancelled, product delivered etc. You can use these events to create funnels and cohorts, analyze customer behaviour, and create dynamic segments to send targeted messages to your customers.

Example use-cases that this integration works for:

  • Welcome new customers: When user sign-up or subscribes to newsletter, send a welcome email and guide them on your product and service benefits.
  • Guide users to complete their purchase: Follow-up users of products in their cart and motivate them with a some discount offers to make them purchase. Use personalization in messages beign sent like mentioning product’s name, price, etc. An example email of abandoned cart is mentioned below:
  • Run festival/new product launch campaigns: Send festival or seasnional discounts to all of your customers base.
  • Cross-sell or up-sell: Increase repeat purchases using automated cross-sell campaigns. Suggest customers recommendaded products based on their last purchase (or any other custom event).
